随着医学信息化技术的发展以及健康管理理念的转变，特殊环境作业人员对健康服务的需求已经从单纯的健康体检延伸到全面的健康保障和健康管理。如何实现对体检信息的完整存储并从中高效识别异常信息进行预警是健康管理的基础性工作。本研究提出了一种基于医院现有体检系统的特殊环境作业人员健康体检信息管理系统，整合了医院信息化系统，实现体检数据的高效流转和存储。该系统能够进行全面的健康数据分析，对潜在的健康风险提出预警，并及时进行医学干预。此外，系统还包含电子健康档案存储、异常结果提醒及决策支持功能，提升了特殊环境作业人员健康管理的水平。系统的模块化设计确保了其可扩展性，能够满足未来健康信息管理功能拓展的需求。

With the development of medical information technology and the change of health management concept, the demand for health services for operators in special environment has extended from simple health examinations to comprehensive health protection and health management. How to achieve complete storage of physical examination information and efficiently identify abnormal information for early warning is the basic work of health management. This study proposes a operators in special environment health examination information management system based on the existing physical examination system of the hospital, which integrates the hospital information system to achieve efficient circulation and storage of physical examination data. The system can perform comprehensive health data analysis, early warning of potential health risks, and timely medical intervention. In addition, the system also includes electronic health record storage, abnormal result reminders and decision support functions, which improves the level of health management of operators in special environment. The modular design of the system ensures its scalability and can meet the growing demand for expanding health information management functions in the future.
