目的研究红蓝单色光对植物生长的影响,探索其作为植物生长光源的可行性。方法采用白、红和蓝发光二极管的光照条件培养油麦菜,分析和比较油麦菜植株在不同光质下的生长状态、生理特性和养分含量的差异。结果红光促进油麦菜茎叶径向生长,蓝光利于其茎叶横向生长和光合色素合成;油麦菜在全红光下不能正常生长,5%~20%蓝光比例能提高其光合和蒸腾速率、光合色素含量、生物量和大量元素含量,改善其荧光特性。25%~50%蓝光比例使光合色素含量进一步增加,但地上生物量明显下降,根冠比显著增加;红蓝单色光增加了单位面积或功率的生物产量。结论红蓝发光二极管可用于培养油麦菜,且蓝光比例为10%的光照条件最有利于油麦菜生长。
