目的提高PEM水电解器中的氧气纯度。方法通过"浸渍还原法"分别制备了Pt/Nafion、α-ZrPPt/Nafion复合膜,并进行了水电解器单槽性能测试。结果复合膜内部的铂颗粒能催化扩散到其中的氢氧复合生成水,降低了水电解器中从阴极渗透到阳极区的氢气量。使用两种复合膜的电解槽阳极纯度均能达到100%,并且装有Pt/Nafion复合膜的电解槽性能未见衰减。结论对Nafion膜进行适当的修饰可以提高水电解器中氧气的纯度。
Abstract:Objective To elevate the purity of O2in PEM water electrolyzer. Methods Pt / Nafion and α-ZrPPt / Nafion composite membrane were prepared by Impregnated-Reduction method,the single cell performance of the electrolyser using composite membrane were also investigated. Results Pt particles dispersed in the membrane can catalyze the recombination of H2and O2,and H2corssover to the anode side in PEM electrolyzer was reduced. The purity of oxygen using the composite membranes mentioned above both reached 100%and the performance of eletrolyzer using Pt / Nafion membrane did not show any decline. Conclusion The modification of Nafion could elevagte the purity of oxygen.
