目的 探讨飞行学员公正世界信念对心理弹性的影响及作用机制。方法 采用公正世界信念量表、感恩量表、控制感量表、心理弹性量表对中国民航大学飞行分校564名飞行学员进行调查。运用SPSS 26.0软件，采用Bootstrap法进行中介效应检验。结果 （1）大三、大四年级飞行学员的公正世界信念和控制感高于大一、大二年级学员，飞行学员的一般公正世界信念高于个人公正世界信念；（2）公正世界信念、感恩、控制感、心理弹性之间存在显著正相关关系；（3）公正世界信念对心理弹性具有显著的正向预测作用；（4）控制感在公正世界信念与心理弹性之间具有显著的中介作用，感恩在其间的直接中介作用不显著；（5）感恩、控制感在公正世界信念与心理弹性之间起到链式中介作用。结论 公正世界信念对心理弹性既有直接预测作用，又通过感恩、控制感起到间接预测作用，为构建基于实证的飞行学员心理健康支持体系提供了直接的理论依据和可操作的路径，对筑牢民航飞行安全的人因防线具有重要的实践指导价值。
Abstract：Objective To explore the influences of belief in a just world(BJW) on psychological resilience of flight cadets and its mechanism. Methods 564 flight cadets were investigated with BJW scale, the gratitude questionnaire, sense of control scale and resilience scale. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 26.0, with Bootstrap method being used to test mediating effects. Results(1) The BJW and sense of control of junior and senior flight cadets scores higher than those of freshman and sophomore cadets, and the general BJW of flight cadets is higher than their personal BJW;(2) There is a significant positive correlation between BJW, gratitude, sense of control, and psychological resilience;(3) The BJW has a significant positive predictive effect on psychological resilience;(4) The sense of control plays a significant mediating role between the BJW and psychological resilience, while the direct mediating role of gratitude is not significant;(5) Gratitude and a sense of control play a chain-mediated role between BJW and psychological resilience. Conclusion BJW not only directly predicts psychological resilience, but also indirectly predicts it through gratitude and sense of control. These findings provide a direct theoretical basis and actionable pathways for establishing an evidence-based mental health support system for flight cadets, holding significant practical value for strengthening the human factors defenses of civil aviation flight safety.
