Abstract:In deep space exploration missions, the extreme space environment composed of high-energy charged particle radiation poses a significant threat to manned spaceflight. Deep space explore operators may face risks of excessive radiation doses and cumulative radiation damage, making radiation sensitivity a critical component of the deep space radiation protection system. This article conducts a systematic analysis based on 51 high-quality articles published in the PubMed database, summarizing the research progress on the space radiation sensitive biological markers, and the selection techniques for astronaut radiation sensitivity. It further proposes directions for future development. This review not only provides theoretical support for manned deep space exploration missions but also offers references for nuclear industry workers and emergency rescue personnel in nuclear accidents.
