载人航天发射场及着陆场医院紧急新鲜全血采集便携箱组及流动血库信息管理系统的研发与应用

摘要:

目的 研制一套野外便携新鲜全血采集箱组和流动血库信息管理系统,实现采配血设备物资模块化集中管理、便携转运部署,流动血库信息管理层面可采集、查询、记录、追溯。方法 梳理全血采集配血全要素、全流程,调研遴选便携设备,制订物资基数清单,设计定制模块箱组;流动血库信息管理系统根据信息采集、信息管理和数据存储3个总需求展开编写4级模块信息管理终端,组织实施优化环节,病例应用验证改进。结果 经4次重大任务中病例抢救应用验证,研制的便携箱组响应迅速、展开顺畅,流动血库信息管理系统筛选查询、运行记录、采配血及输入过程顺利,共采集新鲜全血48 400 mL,追溯均未发生输血引起的感染及过敏等不良反应。结论 紧急新鲜全血采集便携箱组和流动血库信息管理系统实现了全血采集设备物资的模块化、便携化和流动血库管理的超前化、信息化,建立了一套完善的应急血液保障模式,显著提升了偏远戈壁医院和航天发射卫勤保障应对伤病救治挑战的保障能力。

Abstract:

Objectives To develop a portable blood collection box set and mobile blood bank information management system for emergency fresh whole blood collection, enabling modular centralized management of blood collection and crossmatching equipment, facilitating portable deployment, and supporting data collection, querying, recording, and tracing in the mobile blood bank information management system. Methods All elements and entire process of fresh whole blood collection and cross-matching were analyzed. Portable devices were selected, a material base list was formulated, and modular box set was designed. The information management system, which was developed with four-level modules based on requirements of data collection, management and storage, was optimized and verified through case application. Results Validated in 4 major missions, the box set responded rapidly and deployed smoothly. The system facilitated smooth querying, recording, and blood collection/cross-matching, with a total of 48 400 mL of fresh whole blood collected. No transfusion-related infections or allergic reactions occurred during tracing. Conclusion The portable blood collection box set and mobile blood bank information management system for emergency fresh whole blood collection has realized the modularization and portability of whole blood collection equipment and supplies, as well as as well as the advancement and informatization of mobile blood bank management. A complete emergency blood support system has been established, which can significantly enhance the support capacity of remote Gobi hospitals and space launch medical support in responding to the challenges of treating injuries and illnesses.
