Abstract:During spaceflight, environmental factors such as microgravity and space radiation can profoundly affect astronauts' immune function, with some of these effects persisting even after returning to Earth. As core components of innate immune system, monocytes and macrophages are closely linked to astronaut health. This paper focuses on monocytes and macrophages, systematically summarizing their dynamic changes and underlying mechanisms under space-specific conditions(microgravity, radiation) and during post-flight recovery, aiming to provide a scientific basis for safeguarding immune health in deep-space exploration and to offer insights for terrestrial immunological research.
